Pricing
Fixed prices. No surprises.
You know the number before we start. These are founding-client prices for the first three businesses, in exchange for honest feedback and, if it works, a reference.
Second Desk
Start small, then decide
Workflow assessment
Half a day at your shop. Where the email hours go, what to automate first, and a payback estimate in writing.
- Credited in full toward a build
- Yours to keep, even if you don't build
Build and launch
One workflow connected to your email and your business system, with a review desk for your team.
- Two weeks side by side with your staff
- Training for everyone who uses it
- Half at signing, half at launch
Monthly care
Monitoring, rule and template changes, and fixes when your software changes.
- An hour of small changes each month
- Cancel any time
What Claude costs you. You pay Anthropic directly for Claude, the AI that runs the desk. A Team plan starts at two people, about $25 per person per month, or $20 billed yearly. The account is in your name, so it stays yours.

Questions
About the money
Why fixed prices instead of hourly?
So you know the cost before you decide, and so the risk of a slow week is mine, not yours.
What if my inbox isn't worth automating?
Then the assessment says so, in writing, and you've spent $450 instead of thousands. You keep the report either way.
What does monthly care cover?
Checking that the desk runs every day, updating rules and templates as your prices and products change, and fixing things when your software updates. It includes an hour of small changes each month.
Can I stop care later?
Yes, any time. The account, the data and the rules are yours, so the desk keeps working; it just won't get updates from me.
